This policy shall be applied to all users of www.baglass.com or subsidiaries websites and to all those people who provide personal data through the different channels enabled for it.

a) All personal data and/or information given to BA GLASS will be collected and processed by BA GLASS for the purposes mentioned in each dedicated form, including the assessment for employment in any current or future recruitment process within the organization.
b) The personal data information provided through the contact link available at the Website will be processed for the purposes of handling the request. That personal data shall be kept as long as it is needed to manage the application, after which the users' personal data will be deleted.
c) In case of job recruitments process and requests, BA GLASS GROUP may keep the personal data/information for a maximum of 12 months. At the end of that period, the information will be deleted.
d) BA GLASS GROUP will not disclose, in any case, the personal data provided by the users to third parties.
This processing is based on the freely and explicit consent given by the data subject through the different channels enabled for it. The user might withdraw the consent by following the instructions set out in paragraph 'Data Subject Rights'.
The user undertakes to furnish accurate, updated and complete information. The refusal to provide it, in those cases in which the information is mandatory, shall entail the impossibility to attend the request.
BA GLASS GROUP is not planning to carry out international transfers of personal data, however, if necessary for any of the purposes aforementioned, BA GLASS GROUP shall perform them according to the requirements and principles laid down in the Data Protection Regulations.
In accordance with the Data Protection Regulations, the user may withdraw the consent and exercise his rights by sending an e-mail to his countries' data protection manager located in the table set out above in paragraph Data Protection Manager Contact details.
