EMBOSSING
Glass embossing is the most traditional decoration technique. The engraving is first made on the moulds that then make a permanent embossment on the containers. It’s a unique and high quality method of producing a personalised package.
SERIGRAPHY
Screen printing with ceramic paint endow containers with personalized high-quality labels. A container decorated with this technique is viewed as a premium product. Very small production series may be decorated.
PRESSURE SENSITIVE LABELS
The so-called ’Pressure Sensitive Labels - PSL’ or ’no label look’ is a modern printing technique applied to a transparent container surface under pressure to ensure uniform adherence free of air bubbles. This decoration has a high impact and many design and marketing applications. Its application process makes it more advisable for large series.
SLEEVING
Through this technique, the container is enveloped by a heat shrink plastic sleeve that, after having gone through a furnace, adapts to the container’s shape. It allows for a large printed surface, high resolution definition and a maximum number of colors. It creates multiple communication possibilities and has a tremendous visual impact.
FROSTING
Frosting a container gives it a unique aspect and may be combined with other decoration techniques. This finishing on the container’s exterior surface gives it a frosted look.
